Turned 40 last year, and wanna be in better shape throughout the 40's, if possible. Been taught and coached starting 10, until 16. Play here and there till my mid 30's and stopped, but this year, I'd like to be more consistent. I'd say I'm somewhere between 4.5 to 4.75 level, maybe higher? Unsure. I can keep a rally at a good pace, and have my serve. Will double fault in a game. I mainly have time during the evenings on the weekday, and morning till afternoon time over the weekend. Let's see if we can coordinate to hit.
