What is liveball tennis?
LiveBall tennis is a fast-paced, high-energy doubles-based drill session designed to keep players constantly moving and engaged. It’s a mix of tennis, cardio, and strategy, making it a favorite among players looking to improve their game in a fun, social setting.
How LiveBall Works
- Two players (the “champions”) start on one side of the net, while a line of challengers rotates through.
- A coach or feeder starts each rally by feeding a ball into play.
- Points are played out rapidly, with the challengers trying to win a set number of points to take over the champions’ side.
- There’s no serving—just nonstop hitting, quick decision-making, and strategic shot placement.
